Dubsea Coffee Donations Policy

At Dubsea Coffee we strive to give back to the community that supports us.  We are able to donate because of the loyalty of our great customers.  Because we are a small company, Dubsea Coffee is unable to provide cash sponsorships at this time.  Occasionally, we are able to provide in- kind donations of brewed coffee or auction items to organizations in the White Center area.  Due to the number of requests we receive, Dubsea Coffee has established the following guidelines for donation inquiries:

  • All organizations must have a current 501(C)(3) status.

  • Requests must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.

  • We do not donate through a second or third party request. Donations are given directly to the benefiting organization.

  • Dubsea Coffee evaluates each request in the context of our focus areas, business priorities, geographic relevance, available budget and eligible activities/restrictions.  Please do not contact us again to follow-up.  Rest assured, we have taken your request into consideration.  If we are able to donate, we will be in touch.

  • Any donation from Dubsea Coffee is a one-time donation and the organization or charity receiving the donation should never place the donation amount in future budget development.

  • We give priority to organizations in White Center that benefit children and community enrichment.
